Support for Kids on the Spectrum in San Diego
Gentle, nervous system–focused chiropractic care for sensory overwhelm, sleep struggles, and big emotions
Do everyday tasks feel overwhelming for your child?
When a child’s nervous system is stuck in “high alert,” even simple things can feel like too much — transitions, noises, clothing, sleep, and social situations.
At Sprout, our care is nervous system–focused. We use gentle, kid-friendly techniques and objective scans to help us understand what your child’s body is doing — and create a plan that supports more regulation over time.
Families often notice:
Less sensory overwhelm and fewer “fight or flight” moments
Calmer bodies (which can mean easier transitions and fewer meltdowns)
More comfort in their body, so play, learning, and daily life feel easier
You don’t have to do this alone. We’ll meet your child where they’re at and take it step by step.
Helping Kids Navigate Their World With More Ease
Supporting a neurodivergent child can feel like a lot. Our goal is to help your child feel calmer in their body — so daily life gets a little easier.
What care looks like at Sprout
Personalized care plan: We listen first, then build a plan around your child’s needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Neuro-scans for clarity: Gentle, quick scans help us understand how your child’s nervous system is handling stress, so we’re not guessing.
Support when progress feels stuck: If other things haven’t been “sticking,” we’ll help you find the missing piece and create a clear path forward.
You don’t have to do this alone. We’ll meet your child where they’re at and take it step by step.
Our Approach to Neuro-Divergent Chiropractic Care
-

Personalized Care Plans
No two kids are the same. We’ll start by listening and doing a thorough assessment, then build a plan that fits your child — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
-

Gentle Neuro-Scans
Our neuro-scans are quick and non-invasive, and help us understand how your child’s nervous system is handling stress — so we can make a clear plan.
-

A Team That Cares
We’ll never rush your child. We take time to help them feel safe and comfortable — and we’ll always go at their pace.
